How do I top up my Hafilat card here?

Go to Recharge, type the 10-digit card number, choose AED 5 to AED 500, confirm the payment. No account required.

How long does the top-up take to appear?

Same working day for requests submitted Sun–Thu 09:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time. Late-evening and weekend requests are typically applied the next working morning.

What payment methods do you accept?

Standard debit and credit cards issued in AED. Card details are entered on the secure payment page and are never stored on our servers.

Any fees or limits?

Minimum AED 5 per transaction, maximum AED 500. A small fixed service fee is shown before you confirm.

What if I paid but the balance didn't update?

Send your card number and the payment reference through Contacts. We check the queue manually and re-submit the recharge if it did not reach the transit system.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, when the top-up cannot be applied and cannot be re-submitted. See the refund policy for exact rules.

Which transit cards do you support?

Hafilat cards used across Abu Dhabi city and regional buses. Support for other cards will be announced here when available.

Where can I use the card after topping up?

On Abu Dhabi buses and regional intercity lines operating under the Integrated Transport Centre network. Tap the card on any on-board validator.
