Capital Bus Reload, an independent third-party bus card recharge service based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Contact: info@capitalbusreload.org.
2. Data we collect
- Top up data — the 10-digit Hafilat card number and the amount you enter.
- Contact data — email, phone or name when you provide it (receipt, support message).
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed. Used for security and traffic analytics.
We do not receive or store your full payment card number or CVV. Card payments are handled by our payment provider on a separate secure page.
3. How we use the data
- Process your top up request and update your Hafilat balance.
- Send a receipt if you asked for one.
- Respond to support requests.
- Prevent fraud and abuse.
4. Sharing
We share top up requests with the payment provider and the queue used to apply balances to Hafilat cards. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Retention
Transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable UAE law and for reasonable audit purposes.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to info@capitalbusreload.org. We reply within a reasonable time.
