1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of capitalbusreload.org and the Hafilat recharge service provided by Capital Bus Reload ("we"). By using the website or submitting a top up request, you agree to these terms.

2. About the service

Capital Bus Reload is an independent third-party service that allows customers to top up bus card balances for Hafilat cards used on Abu Dhabi buses. We are not the official Hafilat, not the Integrated Transport Centre, and not affiliated with any government authority of the UAE.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide an accurate 10-digit card number for each top up request.
• Use a payment method issued in your own name.
• Comply with the terms of your card issuer and applicable UAE laws.

4. Fees and payment

Top up amounts are charged in AED. A small fixed service fee is displayed before you confirm any transaction. Payment is processed by our payment provider on a secure page; we do not receive or store full card details.

5. Processing time

Requests during working hours (Sun–Thu 09:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time) are processed the same working day. Late-evening, Friday and Saturday requests are typically applied the next working morning.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. In short: refunds are possible when a top up cannot be applied to the card and cannot be re-submitted.

7. Limitations of liability

We take reasonable care to process every top up correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability for any single transaction is limited to the amount of that transaction.

8. Intellectual property

Website design, text and logos are the property of Capital Bus Reload unless indicated otherwise. Trademarks referenced (including "Hafilat") remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
